Khandliyan or Khandwiyan
Today I am going to share a recipe with you, Khandliyan or Khandwiyan Sometimes we make things so difficult and add so many spices that the food loses its original flavor.
Try to make something as little as possible when making something for the first time so that you can understand the lack or excess of anything in it and make it extra.
Ingredients: (for khandis)
A medium onion
Two spoons of green coriander or dry fenugreek
Salt according to horoscope
Cumin seeds half a spoon
4 green chillies
Ingredients (for Gravy)
Two tomatoes
Red chillies half a spoon
A spoonful of ground coriander
Salt according to horoscope
A pinch of turmeric
A little hot spice
Two tablespoons of crushed garlic and ginger
Three tablespoons or a small cup of cooking oil
Method of Making (Khandovyas)
Cut the onion into squares. In a non-stick pan, add besan salt, cumin, chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies and green coriander or dry fenugreek.
How to Make (Gravy)
Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, when it starts to turn golden, then add finely chopped tomatoes, red chillies, coriander, salt, turmeric and fry.
When the water of the gandlians starts to dry, while running a spoon in it continuously (when it completely shrinks like halwa shrinks), take it out in a big plate and freeze it.
Meanwhile, the gravy is also ready, put two glasses of water in it, add green coriander and hot salah, let it boil well, in ten minutes, the khandli will freeze.
