Balochi Cultural Food Khakh 🌯

In olden times when people living in tribal areas did not have the facility to cook bread then they used to make khakh and even today Balochi khakh is served as a hobby or to keep the Baloch https://www.highcpmrevenuenetwork.com/nbkuz2an6m?key=dab79fad2a63a7cb7c551f68a4b332f8https://www.highcpmrevenuenetwork.com/nbkuz2an6m?key=dab79fad2a63a7cb7c551f68a4b332f8https://www.highcpmrevenuenetwork.com/nbkuz2an6m?key=dab79fad2a63a7cb7c551f68a4b332f8https://www.highcpmrevenuenetwork.com/nbkuz2an6m?key=dab79fad2a63a7cb7c551f68a4b332f8https://www.highcpmrevenuenetwork.com/nbkuz2an6m?key=dab79fad2a63a7cb7c551f68a4b332f8https://www.highcpmrevenuenetwork.com/nbkuz2an6m?key=dab79fad2a63a7cb7c551f68a4b332f8i tradition alive.

It has a unique taste.

In order to eat and learn to make this khak, I learned to make it from my Baloch elder during my visit to Mount Sulaiman.

First the dough is kneaded which is made a little hard.

This dough is made into a round shape of bread and kept.

Now a round stone is placed in the fire, when it gets hot, the round bread that we have made is taken and the hot stone is placed in this bread and the dough is wrapped around the stone and made like a ball. Now they cook stone flour from inside and embers cook from outside.

Now this ball of dough is placed on a stone and cooked with the help of coals around it, and when it is cooked, it is eaten with or without curry.

Thanks .
